ROOTED GROUNDS COLLECTIVE

Rooted Grounds Collective is a real estate initiative with soul. We acquire and transform abandoned farms and forgotten lands into school sanctuaries where women and animals reclaim peace, purpose, and belonging, creating a life of true healing.

Our Legacy

Rooted Grounds Collective is the world-leading academy for women who once lived through dysfunction. Across the globe, 10 Schools and Sanctuaries now stand, safe havens where women and animals heal together, creating lasting change, community, and legacy for generations through their soul-aligned movements.

The Dandelion Foundation

THE STORY BEHIND

Tanja Andersen once looked into the eyes of a blind, broken Sun Bear named Gutuk and saw her own grief reflected back, and in that moment, chose to fight for every being who suffers in silence. Born from the loss of her father to suicide, she healed through working with animals and staying in wild places all over the world. The foundation fuels non-governmental organization led transformation around the world, and through The Conquer Academy, gives young women who have survived domestic violence the tools to reclaim their identity and lead in conservation. Like the dandelion itself: Rooted in hardship, resilient by nature, built to carry hope on the wind to wherever it's needed next, and the dandelion was her father's favorite flower, in his favorite color.
